Shipping policy

Charltons Fishing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Partners.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivery estimated between 1-14 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped, all shipping is trackable (Charltons fishing recommends you check email and / or your junk email for the dispatch information, tracking number).

Other restrictions, times and processes may apply.

Items over 1 meter can't be delivered to a PO Box (only residential address or business address)

All other orders can be delivered to a residential address, business address or a PO Box.

Click and Collect only items:

All items over 2 meters in length i.e. Rods and Rod tubes over 6FT, Motors, Crab Pots, Landing nets.

Batteries, Alvey reels, Bait and Ice. 

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

Please double-check your postcode, suburb and other address fields, Even a small typo can make your shipping/delivery times longer.
