A reel that’s synonymous with strength, power and value the Lexa line-up welcomes a new arrival with the 21 Lexa TW. A step forward in design and performance the new Lexa features many of the technologies that have made Daiwa baitcaster reels industry leading with CRBB Bearings, EVA Knob, UTD Drag, and now TWS (T-Wing System) leading the roll call of design features.

TWS delivers a new level of performance and control to the Lexa, while a stainless-steel pinion gear, high grade brass gears, aluminium frame and side plate, and Swept Power Handle provide ultimate strength and power.

The 21 Lexa TW features 13kg of drag, 8 CRBB and is available in two sizes (300 and 400) and four models. Whether it’s targeting the giants of the estuaries or muscling offshore species the 21 Lexa TW is the ultimate heavy-duty baitcaster.

• CRBB - Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings - Lasting 12 times longer than standard stainless steel bearings Daiwa’s CRBBs feature specially treated stainless steel, and a protective shield on the bearing race that seals out sand, fine grit, salt crystals and other abrasives. The result is a longer lasting bearing that’s protected from the corrosive elements that destroy traditional bearings.
• EVA Knob - Round EVA Ball Knob - Delivered enhanced angler comfort and contact, EVA knobs provide optimum contact in wet conditions.
• Infinite Anti Reverse - Daiwa's advanced system that limits rearward backplay handle movement to almost zero for solid hooksets with less shock to the reel. The result is the elimination of handle slap-back and the unwanted release of line.
• Magforce - Magnetic Cast Control - Daiwa’s first iteration of the famous magnetic cast control system, Magforce is a spool braking system designed to slow the rotational speed through a dialed magnetic control.
• Power OH Handle - Strong, rigid, and powerful and designed for maximum power applications, this is the handle made for heavy-duty angling.
• TWS T-Wing System - Daiwa’s revolutionary T-Wing System addresses the issue of traditional line guide/level wind systems constricting line flow by delivering a T-shaped line guide that is larger, wider, and less restrictive. TWS allows line to exit freely from the spool with minimal line angle, minimal friction, and constriction, thereby reducing line noise and backlash, and delivering more accurate and longer casts.
• UTD-DRAG - Ultimate Tournament Drag - A system that combines ultra-smooth low inertia with ultimate fish stopping power. UTD combines advanced carbon washers, alloy and stainless-steel drag plates with specially designed grease for ultra-smooth performance.
